Our long-standing partner, the payment issuer PCSIL (PFS Card Services Ireland Limited), is currently undergoing a liquidation process ordered by the High Court of Ireland, following the decision by its parent company, EML, to cease operations in continental Europe.
As a result of this decision, the issuance of new cards and new registrations have been temporarily suspended. Our services may experience occasional disruptions, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Although PCSIL did not communicate this situation in advance, we want to inform you that PayTrip had anticipated such a scenario and is currently migrating its card program to a new partner. This transition will allow all our customers to benefit from innovative features and enhance their experience with our services.
During this transition period, our services remain available and accessible through our usual platforms.
